This is a fixed term contract end on 31st Dec 2026.

What you’ll do:

  • Process and manage incoming orders, coordinating seamlessly between the sales team, vendor partners, and our revenue department to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Process and manage an order management queue in salesforce to answer order processing queries and escalations from the sales team.
  • Maintain process documentation for order management and related revenue workflows, ensuring procedures are accurate, up to date, and easy for Sales and Revenue users to follow.
  • Support process and system improvements by identifying issues and proposing solution alternatives.
  • Build proactive, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy & Operations, Revenue, IT) and act as the operational voice for feedback and process evolution.
  • Help evaluate and adopt practical AI solutions for operational processes while ensuring outputs are reliable, compliant, and aligned with established revenue and sales policies.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years in revenue operations, order management, sales support, or similar roles, ideally with exposure to advertising or SaaS business models.
  • Experience handling escalated operational issues, ideally in a high-volume order management or billing environment.
  • Experience in testing operational enhancements - working alongside systems engineers, and other team members to deliver results on schedule.
  • AI Enthusiast: Demonstrates curiosity for and practical application of AI to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and strengthen client communications and recommendations.
  • Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/order management systems.
  • High learning agility, strong initiative, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Advanced communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to process excellence and accuracy.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, a related subject, or equivalent work experience.

Relocation Statement:

  • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Visit our PinFlex page to learn more about our working model.

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration twice a month, and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our Dublin office.
