As a Senior Agency Partner, you will be a key driver of Pinterest’s ecosystem growth by managing and expanding our network of sales and reseller partners. You will own strategic relationships with partners, expand their service scope with Pinterest, and accelerate revenue through effective partner enablement. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and frequent engagement with partners to ensure alignment, performance, and long-term success.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute channel commercial strategies to expand partner service offerings and unlock new revenue streams.
- Build and deepen strategic relationships with flagship partners in the Greater China region, proactively identifying opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch joint marketing, education, and sales initiatives with partners.
- Lead regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and align on growth plans; monitor and analyze sales metrics to inform strategy.
- Manage and coach a team of vendor account managers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive impact.
- Stay on top of industry trends, platform developments, and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
- Build a deep understanding of partners’ business goals, turning data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations.
- Track, analyze, and report on key partner performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and growth.
- Develop and execute scalable channel sales strategies to deliver on revenue targets.
- Provide partners with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively position Pinterest’s value proposition and full product suite.
- Drive scalable enablement and education programs through partners to increase product adoption and advertiser success.
- Represent Pinterest at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build relationships with prospective partners and customers.
- Collaborate with internal technical and non-technical teams (e.g., marketing, product, legal, finance, sales operations, policy) to ensure smooth execution of sales programs and partner deals.
- Drive growth with AI insights by leveraging AI-powered analytics to identify strategic opportunities, forecast trends, and guide partners toward data-backed growth strategies on Pinterest.
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, business development, or channel sales management.
- Proven experience working with Greater China export advertisers and/or agencies (required).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reseller, agency, or vendor management, preferably in digital marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and maintain high-impact channel partnerships.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable using data and analytics to make decisions and prioritize initiatives.
- Solid technical foundation and familiarity with Search, Shopping, Display, and/or Social advertising technologies.
- Fluency in business Mandarin and English is required for business purpose.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Expertise in AI-driven analytics, with the ability to use AI-powered platforms to uncover strategic insights, identify growth opportunities, and inform client strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.

- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- As such, this role will need to be in the office or in front of our customers for in-person collaboration, typically 2 days per week, and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance to our Singapore City based office.
