As a Measurement Partner, you’ll work closely with our Sales team, advertisers, and agency partners to help them understand and improve the effectiveness of their advertising on Pinterest. You’ll collaborate on the design and execution of measurement analyses using Pinterest’s internal and external solutions, turning data into clear, actionable insights that help advertisers improve business outcomes. In this role, you’ll support focused initiatives within a sales pod or sub‑team, and contribute feedback from the field to help evolve our measurement practices over time.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct and deliver measurement tests and analyses for Pinterest’s advertisers using a combination of internal and external measurement solutions.
- Build and operationalize tailored measurement plans based on advertiser objectives, with a clear understanding of their marketing goals and learning agendas.
- Execute standard and complex reporting and analysis, identifying patterns and trends and translating them into actionable recommendations for advertisers and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate measurement methodologies, results, and implications in a clear and structured way to audiences with varying levels of technical and measurement sophistication.
- Support Sales in articulating the Pinterest value proposition and addressing advertiser questions using measurement results, analytics, and AdTech knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of reporting approaches, guidelines, and best practices that improve the consistency and scalability of measurement support.
- Build effective working relationships with Sales and cross-functional partners.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate measurement workflows—automating routine analyses, surfacing patterns across large datasets, and generating clear, actionable insights that scale measurement support for advertisers.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated digital ads measurement experience within a technology company, media agency, consulting firm, advertiser, or research company.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong working knowledge of core ads measurement concepts and solutions, such as incrementality testing, brand or conversion lift, geo experiments, sales lift, and media mix modeling inputs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and turn findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and other go-to-market partners to deliver projects within established plans and timelines.
- Ability to communicate complex measurement concepts clearly to partners with a wide range of measurement sophistication.
- Experience building measurement approaches that align with advertiser objectives and business questions.
- Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical fundamentals is a plus.
- Comfort learning new tools, methods, and measurement solutions, and applying them effectively with appropriate guidance when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.

- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration at least 1-2 times per week. Therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Sao Paulo office.
