The Pinterest 3P Growth Measurement Partnerships team partners closely with measurement vendors to help advertisers grow their businesses through rigourous measurement and iterative learning. We sit at the intersection of Measurement, Business and Marketing, helping to drive performance for advertisers and providing opportunities to our Partner Business Marketing team to influence performance narrative in the market. This position is a unique opportunity to work with measurement partners and internal measurement and sales leadership on a strategic level and help shape the future of how brands advertise on Pinterest.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the EMEA lead for Pinterest’s 3P Growth Measurement Partnerships team driving the global strategy locally across EMEA, translating global priorities into regional activation plans, market-specific partner guidance and senior leadership updates.
- Own EMEA execution for current and future EMEA HQ-based measurement partners that provide agile MMM and/or Geolift to challenge click measurement. This will include relationship management, partner prioritisation, local activation, partner health and feedback into the global partner strategy.
- Build and refine the EMEA partner landscape through a global lens, evaluating partners based on advertiser need, methodology strength, market coverage, scalability, operational lift and fit with Pinterest’s lower-funnel performance measurement priorities. Identify where EMEA-based partners can expand with US advertisers and where US-based partners can be activated effectively in Europe
- Partner closely with EMEA Measurement teams and Sales Leadership across Enterprise, Mid-Market and SMB to identify local advertiser needs, prioritize opportunities and help advertisers move beyond site analytics, click-heavy reporting or limited measurement toward stronger modern 3P measurement.
- Create scalable GTM programs that turn partner capability into seller action, including partner playbooks, decision trees, learning agendas, proof repositories, target lists, office hours and activation workflows so sellers know which partner to use, when to use them and how to turn 3P measurement outputs into revenue-driving recommendations.
- Surface EMEA partner, advertiser and field learnings back into global strategy, including product feedback, methodology gaps, GTM improvements, seller workflow opportunities and partner marketing narratives.
- Identify external amplification opportunities with Partner Marketing and Marketing teams, including case studies, success stories, blog posts, events, sponsorships and partner-led narratives that demonstrate Pinterest’s measurable business impact.
- Use AI to scale a lean global function locally, accelerating partner landscaping, account research, seller Q&A, meeting synthesis, leadership updates and results interpretation while validating accuracy, protecting confidential information and owning final recommendations.
What we’re looking for:
Required:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital advertising, measurement, marketing science, analytics, ad tech, media platforms or measurement vendors.
- Deep expertise in lower-funnel and sales-outcome measurement solutions including geo-lift, MMM, agile MMM and MTA with a strong understanding of how these approaches can capture and position view-based impact beyond click-based measurement.
- Ability to translate complex measurement approaches into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences including sellers, advertisers, partners and senior leaders.
- Experience working with measurement vendors in some capacity, with the ability to collaborate with these partners effectively, understand partner methodologies and translate partner capabilities into advertiser and seller value.
- Strong commercial judgment and scalable execution, with the ability to turn measurement strategies, programs or partner capabilities into clear seller guidance, GTM motions, proof points and repeatable workflows that drive advertiser growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Math, Finance or equivalent experience.
Advantageous:
- Direct experience owning or leading 3P measurement partner relationships or programs with the ability to evaluate measurement vendors for partner fit, build partner plans, manage external relationships and make clear internal recommendations on where to invest, test, scale or deprioritise.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous or evolving environments, with strong accountability and experience building regional strategies, scalable systems and repeatable enablement from the ground up.
- Comfort using AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, synthesis, workflow automation and content development, while validating accuracy, protecting confidentiality and owning final recommendations.
Relocation Statement:
- This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Visit our PinFlex page to learn more about our working model.
In-Office Requirement Statement:
- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration once per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Pinterest Dublin office.
