The Pinterest Business Marketing team is composed of skilled marketers able to contribute across marketing strategy, copywriting, project management, cross-functional collaboration, event planning, and creative execution. Most importantly, we are business marketers, passionate about creating engaging and inspirational work that drives real business impact. Pinterest's monetized markets in Spanish LATAM include Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Colombia. The sp-LATAM Integrated Marketing Specialist supports the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs across all business channels, partnering with a cross-functional team to produce content and events that bring our key messages to life. This role works closely with the sp-LATAM sales team and is supported day-to-day by the LATAM Marketing Lead, based in São Paulo, Brazil.
What you'll do:
- Support the development and execution of regional marketing programs that contribute to shifting advertiser perceptions and behaviors in the region. This includes assisting with project management, event coordination, and supporting the production of assets like videos and sales collateral, with manager guidance.
- Help identify strategic priorities in the sp-LATAM ads market and contribute to go-to-market plans, bringing local market knowledge and insights to the broader Americas marketing team.
- Support key industry partnerships to help develop Pinterest's presence in the region, including assisting with speaking engagements, contributing to presentations, and coordinating with the comms team around regional industry moments.
- Help translate global plans into local plans and strategies, ensuring relevance and resonance for sp-LATAM audiences.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to one or more of the following markets: Mexico, Chile, Colombia, and/or Argentina.
- Basic understanding of market needs and norms in Spanish-speaking LATAM.
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English is required.
- Some exposure to B2B or business marketing is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously with manager guidance.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute both independently and as part of a team.
- Growth mindset and willingness to take on a variety of tasks with enthusiasm.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, or equivalent work experience.

- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration at least 1-2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Pinterest Mexico City office.
