The Global Workplace team strives to build world class office spaces, environments and experiences. We are in search of a Compliance Program Manager to join the Workplace Compliance team. A successful candidate will be an integral part in building relationships with key stakeholders and  will be able to clearly articulate misalignments and work in a deadline driven environment. They’ll have proven ability to be flexible and navigate tough conversations or ambiguous situations with ease, they will do what they say they’re going to do (and hold others to the same standard), and will be able to: 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage special projects related to all of Workplace’s core competencies including but not limited to support in global office launches in partnership with the operations/design and build teams, including RFP and the vendor selection process. 
  • Project manage systems and technologies while developing standard business requirements for all offices
  • Manage workplace contracts, agreements globally for all key partners and coordinate with 3rd party consultants and experts to drive projects to success.
  • Plan, forecast and budget manage independently for specific and global core competencies. 
  • Provide guidance to all Workplace team members on internal procurement and legal process and develop process improvement plans driven by data to inform and make decisions. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years workplace operations or project management field
  • Experience working with global teams managing projects or operational programs 
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Knowledge of: MS Office tools, project scheduling software, project management tools
  • Strong verbal written and verbal communication skills
