As a Sr Diversity Recruiting Strategy Lead on our Global Inclusion & Diversity Team, you'll play a key role in scaling our efforts to build a more diverse and inclusive Pinterest. You’ll lead our Inclusion and Diversity Recruiting strategy, including partnering with our Recruiting Team, business leaders and external partners to develop and launch programs, processes, partnerships and training.

What you’ll do:

  • Design, launch and scale a robust and creative inclusion and diversity recruiting strategy focussed on expanding the pipeline and better engaging, supporting and hiring the best talent from underrepresented backgrounds
  • Develop goals for our diversity recruiting efforts, track against these goals and report out on progress to the organization to communicate impact and identify areas of opportunity
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders to align inclusion and diversity recruiting programming with overall company inclusion and diversity and business goals, ensuring collaboration across recruiting, retention and advancement efforts
  • Oversee and build relationships with external partners that support our efforts to build a more diverse Pinterest at all levels of the organization

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space with experience in recruiting and/or recruiting programs
  • Deep experience and understanding of inclusion and diversity strategies to attract, engage, support and hire candidates from underrepresented backgrounds
  • Experience developing relationships with external partners to advance company inclusion and diversity initiatives and goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build and deepen relationships cross-functionally, manage stakeholder expectations and influence employees across all levels of the company
