We are looking for a Learning Management System administrator to be our primary point-of-contact and system administrator of our Learning Management System (LMS). This person will be responsible for building out learning paths within the LMS and owning all aspects of the tool including troubleshooting and maintenance. As an LMS admin you’ll work directly with relevant internal stakeholders with the Sales Enablement and IT teams to help build out relevant training courses for Pinterest sales people. You will also be responsible for extracting data from the LMS and utilizing that data to build out data visualizations with Tableau.  

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain a Learning Management System (LMS) that will meet all regulatory compliance needs and ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Perform multiple, high-level administrative functions in support of company-wide training programs
  • Own day-to-day administration of policies, procedures and processes, which include managing, registration and rosters of activity
  • Develop analyses, manage outputs and prepare reports for management review
  • Monitor usage and development of training courses and metrics by coordinating with the Sales Enablement team
  • Combine LMS data with other business data to build dashboards within Tableau from scratch for our internal stakeholders to use and easily digest information.
  • Be a strategic thought partner in helping us think about different ways to utilize LMS data.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years experience directly working within an LMS as an administrator or systems engineer and knowledge of scorm files and HTML editor
  • 3+ years of experience working with data visualization tools to help build dashboards that translate data into digestible information for internal stakeholders to review
  • Experience using and integrating with Data Warehouse applications
  • Experience with building, testing, and debugging advanced SQL queries
  • Experience with Google Suite, Learning Management Systems, and other tools to plan and coordinate events across multiple constituents
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise
  • You have a successful record of building effective learning experiences in the form of self-paced e-learning curriculums, assessments, and other materials
  • You have strong written/verbal communication skills and can translate business requirements and be a technical partner to cross-functional business leaders
  • This is a contract position at Pinterest. As such, the contractor who fills this role will be employed either by our staffing partner (ProUnlimited) or by an agency partner, and not an employee of Pinterest
  • All interviews will be scheduled and/or conducted by the Pinterest assignment manager. When a finalist has been selected, ProUnlimited or the agency partner will extend the offer and provide assignment details including duration, benefits options and onboarding details
  • Required: Experience with Tableau (data visualization application), You have experience with sales enablement processes and tools, ideally in the advertising/media/e-commerce industries
