As a People Programs Manager focused on Global Mobility, you’ll lead, scale and elevate a team and programs including immigration, relocation, global assignments and the contingent worker program.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver all aspects of program ownership including stakeholder consultations, vendor management, policy development, process building, communication and change management
  • Consult, partner and manage the vendors for these programs including immigration counsel, relocation vendors, tax consultants and contractor managed service providers
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with internal partners including Payroll, Equity and Legal teams, with whom you’ll align on policy and operationalization for these programs
  • Elevate and innovate program offerings to scale with our global growth footprint
  • Support cross functional project and program initiatives which depend on these core programs to define policies, processes and operationalize the workflow

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in immigration and global mobility programs
  • 5+ years of creating, managing and scaling HR programs, including vendor evaluation, partnership and management
  • Experience managing contingent worker programs and managed service providers highly preferred
  • In depth knowledge of industry, market and regulatory changes in areas of immigration, mobility and mobility taxation
