In this role, you will be responsible for oversight of critical People Analytics Programs, building the strategy around them, ensuring education and communication into the organization, and creating opportunities for scale and iteration. 

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with the Head of People Insights to build strategy and program management fundamentals around all core offerings
  • Partner with the Head of People Insights to prepare and communicate team mission, vision and core program timelines
  • Lead communication and education efforts of core programs in partnership with Insights Partners, HRBPs, and XFN People Team partners
  • Oversee project coordination for the team, in partnership with the Head of People Insights, supporting project updates and communication of outcomes
  • Build templates and frameworks, as needed, to support scale and automation of work
  • Continually drive new, innovative approaches and practices across industries

What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in program management within HR or customer success
  • Experience in high collaboration environments, with an ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong project management skills and operational rigor, with the ability to work with cross-functional partners to drive projects toward completion
  • Fluency in data analysis to inform strategies and create metrics and accountability for our effective, inclusive business outcomes
  • Excellent communicator and writer, with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and problem-solving, emerging with strategic plans and deliverables
