As a Measurement & Insights Analyst for EMEA, you will help a variety of Advertiser and Agency partners understand and improve the effectiveness of their advertising on Pinterest. You’ll help design and execute empirical research that will inform both analyses for individual clients and the industry as a whole across the EMEA. Your feedback and insight will help influence Pinterest’s internal roadmap for measurement and ad products. 

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to identify business requirements and test use cases for key clients 
  • Identify opportunities for more scalable, impactful measurement and insight workflows, tools and features
  • Assess and establish 3rd party measurement partnerships 
  • Translate data and test results into recommendations that can impact our clients’ business objectives
  • Work independently and/or with members of the dedicated client measurement team to develop more finely-tuned measures of Pinterest’s value to advertisers 

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience creating analyses and dashboards with large scale datasets, consulting, quantitative research, or using data to formulate business insights
  • Degree in statistics, economics, behavioral or social science, or business or a related quantitative field preferred
  • Statistical and data analysis/modeling skills (e.g. significance testing, regression modeling, etc.)
  • Experience with SQL required; familiarity with SPSS, SAS, R, Matlab, or similar statistical packages is a plus
  • General knowledge of advertising and/or measurement methods and technologies
  • Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
  • Excellent communication skills
