We’re looking for an experienced L&D professional, with deep experience in performance and talent management. They will help us to create a strategic approach to performance management, that matches the maturity of our organization, and grows as we do into the next 3-5 years. We need someone who will work with cross-functional partners to create programs that enable our employees to have greater transparency into the processes of pay, calibration and where they stand in terms of their performance - relative to the expectations for their role and level. We also want our managers to be able to effectively identify and coach high and low performers with confidence and ensure our pay for performance culture is maintained. You’ll need to be a leader in this space; both innovative and passionate about performance management.
