We’re looking for an experienced L&D professional, with deep expertise in planning and executing a manager capability strategy in a fast-growing organization. You will understand what makes a successful manager at Pinterest, and develop and execute on a strategy to develop those skills, experience, and knowledge. This should include short term, mid-term and long term planning to ensure we have the capability now and in the future as we grow as an organization. This leadership role on the L&D team requires working with cross-functional partners to create and scale resources, training, and initiatives that help managers and leaders to do their best work, and drive a high performing organization. You’ll need to be innovative and passionate about developing people, and understand the important role that managers and leaders play in enabling their teams.
