About Pinterest:

Millions of people across the world come to Pinterest to find new ideas every day. It’s where they get inspiration, dream about new possibilities and plan for what matters most. Our mission is to help those people find their inspiration and create a life they love. As a Pinterest employee, you’ll be challenged to take on work that upholds this mission and pushes Pinterest forward. You’ll grow as a person and leader in your field, all the while helping users make their lives better in the positive corner of the internet.

Pinterest is seeking a fiercely organized and technically skilled multi-tasker to join the IT Training team. We are looking for someone who is versatile in nature, with the ability to tackle challenges while maintaining an even keel and sense of humor. This person will be ensuring the success of Pinterest’s outsourced vendors from an IT perspective. They will be confident in their ability to coordinate global projects within set deadlines, organizing and facilitating meetings, and maintaining expectations amongst internal and external stakeholders. This person will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with various teams of the company, while delivering timely and viable solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate outsourced vendor global onboarding with regard to scope, schedule, and resources
  • Evaluate end-user feedback and create project plans with cross-functional teams to improve the end-user experience and ensure their success
  • Document and communicate status, issues, and risks in a timely manner to internal and external stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships across IT, Sales, Engineering, Trust & Safety, Security, etc.
  • Clearly & concisely communicate complex information to disparate audiences.

What we’re looking for:

  • Extraordinary relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence others toward achieving common goals
  • Dedicated self-starter to identify a problem and improve processes
  • Experience in project planning and delivery; being able to identify a problem, and map out the scope of work and stakeholders to arrive at a scalable solution
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in IT or Facilities focused projects or equivalent
  • This is a contract position at Pinterest. As such, the contractor who fills this role will be employed either by our staffing partner (ProUnlimited) or by an agency partner, and not an employee of Pinterest.
  • All interviews will be scheduled and/or conducted by the Pinterest assignment manager. When a finalist has been selected, ProUnlimited or the agency partner will extend the offer and provide assignment details including duration, benefits options and onboarding details
