Within the Pinterest France, Southern Europe & Benelux team, you report directly to the Growth Manager for the region. The growth pole aims to launch growth marketing actions and localize product features. You will help the teams to define their analytical needs and produce analyzes and insights to improve our performance. 

What you'll do:

  • Measure the impact and performances of the actions conducted by the Growth team
  • Work with the Creators and Partners teams (present in France, Italy and Spain) to help them better understand their performances and make the best decisions through the production of reports and analyzes
  • Carry out ad-hoc analyzes on the use of the Pinterest platform in order to drive product recommendations
  • Set up automated reports & dashboards to facilitate access to key performance indicators for all of our teams
  • Participate in ad-hoc growth projects

What we're looking for:

  • Student in engineering school or business school (or other equivalent training)
  • You justify a strong analytical capacity coupled with extreme rigor
  • You have a perfect knowledge of SQL (skills in Python, R are a plus)
  • You demonstrate a strong ability to adapt and understand the business challenges of the different teams
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You have a very good level of written and spoken English
  • As part of an ultra-dynamic and connected team, you will have a decisive role in major actions carried out at the local level and you will have to show autonomy and initiative.
  • You will actively participate in decisions made by the local team and will also be in regular contact with our teams in San Francisco and other markets.
  • Duration: 6 months, from January 2020
