As our Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity, you'll use data, strong stakeholder management, and creativity to build and sustain a diverse, equitable, and inclusive community in both our workplace and in our product. Specifically, you’ll manage the Inclusion & Diversity team of program managers focused on diversity recruiting strategy, people programs and accountability structures that enable people to flourish at Pinterest.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a tight-knit, dedicated Inclusion & Diversity team to support existing inclusion and recruiting programs, help execute new programs and foster an inspiring and inclusive experience for current and prospective employees. 
  • Partner with our leadership team, global recruiting and HR leadership to drive accountability, ownership, and custom strategies for recruiting, inclusion, and retention.
  • Drive effective data analyses, metrics reporting, and communication of outcomes across the business.
  • Represent the company externally, telling our story and sharing our progress and lessons learned as well as connecting with organizations and stakeholders to build our pipeline and capabilities.
  • Advise our product and policy decisions with an inclusive lens to help us meet our commitment to inspire and represent everyone.
  • Continually drive new, innovative approaches and practices across industries.

What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space (management consulting a plus)
  • 4+ years of experience influencing senior executives in a client-facing role
  • Strong project management skills and operational rigor, with the ability to work with cross-functional partners to drive projects toward completion 
  • Fluency in data analysis to inform strategies and create metrics and accountability for our effective, inclusive business outcomes 
  • Excellent communicator and writer, with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and complex problem-solving, emerging with strategic plans and deliverables
  • Management experience to lead our team of skilled I&D program leaders
