About Pinterest:

Millions of people across the world come to Pinterest to find new ideas every day. It’s where they get inspiration, dream about new possibilities and plan for what matters most. Our mission is to help those people find their inspiration and create a life they love. As a Pinterest employee, you’ll be challenged to take on work that upholds this mission and pushes Pinterest forward. You’ll grow as a person and leader in your field, all the while helping users make their lives better in the positive corner of the internet.

As a Diversity Business Partner on our Global Inclusion & Diversity Team, you'll play a key role in both managing inclusion and diversity internal research projects and facilitating training efforts. You will also work to enable our Learning & Development and HRBP teams to deepen their inclusion and diversity knowledge and skills. We are seeking an experienced workshop facilitator with past experience in diversity programs as well as current subject matter expertise.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as inclusion and diversity learning subject matter expert to drive design, development, and delivery of inclusion and diversity learning programs to all levels of the business
  • Own and deploy scalable solutions for HRBPs, Learning & Development Team, and other HR partners to deepen their knowledge and skills to better serve Pinterest’s employees
  • Embed inclusion and diversity insights and best practices into existing and planned programs
  • Develop and execute research-based projects for internal clients, such as organizational assessments, examining strategy for downstream impacts, global definitions of diversity, and other related projects, to understand best practices, translate them into relevant insights to the business, and develop practical tools and actions for Pinterest
  • Manage relationships with external consultants, facilitators and vendors
  • Partner with people analytics, HRBPs, and Learning & Development Team to drive inclusion and diversity

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years curriculum development experience with a focus on inclusion and diversity
  • Experience deploying educational offerings in large global organizations
  • Broad and deep inclusion and diversity subject matter expertise demonstrated through education and/or professional experience
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build and deepen relationships cross-functionally, manage stakeholder expectations and influence employees across all levels of the company
