The Sales Strategy & Operations (SS&O) team partners with advertising sales leaders across sales strategy, analytics and operations. Team members are experts in business strategy and operations and are analytical and strategic thinking. They are pragmatic and results-oriented.

As a Manager, Sales Strategy & Operations, Global Agency, you’ll contribute to the development of the Global Agency strategic plan through actionable insights, monitor key Global Agency metrics to drive accountability as well as surface risks and opportunities to senior Global Agency leadership.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with Global Agency leadership to develop Global Agency strategic plan.
  • Drive goal setting at Global Agency global org level only with input from Global Agency leads/teams; monitor progress against those goals on ongoing basis.
  • Drive recurring metrics meetings or operational reviews with Global Agency leadership to identify opportunities/risks/gaps; conduct quarterly reviews to summarize impact and learnings.
  • Define customer segmentation approach to inform tiered model and account prioritization.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis for Global Agency priority topics.
  • Provide actionable insights to Global Agency leadership around priority initiatives.
  • Directly manage 1 full-time employee.

What we’re looking for:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in strategy & operations in highly analytical environments such as management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy or technology/media companies.
  • A strong track record of identifying key questions, connecting the dots, performing analyses independently, and communicating complex findings (written & verbal) to executive level audiences in a clear and concise way.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
  • Strong data analytics skills (SQL, Tableau) and experience working with large data sets. Ability to visualize complex data sets that provide insights and clearly inform areas of action.
  • Proven ability to be successful in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and strategically focused.
  • Understanding of sales, agencies and digital advertising platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of sales systems and tools is a plus.

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times/month and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the NY office.

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
