We’re looking for a fixed-term Sr. Recruiter (6 months) to help us bring the best and brightest to Pinterest. Since the inception of Pinterest, recruiting has been a priority and a partnership-based organization. Our strength lies in strategizing with internal leaders to build and scale teams across Pinterest and hiring individuals who collectively make up our unique and inspiring culture. You'll use tools, data, and creativity to create targeted recruiting strategies and build a strong network of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will have proven experience sourcing, recruiting, and partnering with business stakeholders to hire top talent . You'll be an internal and external representative of our values and innovative culture.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the end-end recruiting workflow and serve as advisor to the customers' business across the Sales, MKT, Finance, and other non-technical teams.
  • Build and extend customer relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to customers.
  • Manage high-touch candidate relationships and remain customer-focused and responsive in customer-facing activities.
  • Use data and relevant technology to inform decision-making and drive conversations with customers.
  • Gathers industry insights and validates through internal resources, tools and data.
  • Serve as subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization.
  • Work with recruitment coordinators and sourcers to manage an efficient model of operation.
  • Innovate and drive diversity sourcing strategies.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven sourcing experience gained with a search firm and/or in-house recruiting team with a deep understanding of sales and marketing roles.
  • Experience sourcing talent for the LATAM market.
  • Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with hiring managers.
  • Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques.
  • Experience screening resumes to match qualifications.
  • Experience approaching passive candidates.
  • Specialized knowledge of core recruiting technologies, and major applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships with candidates.
  • Ability to rigorously prioritize and multitask as well as excitement to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the recruiting process.
  • Independent, detail oriented, creative and self driven.

Please note this is a 6 months fixed-term contract position and is expected to work from our Mexico City office.

This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration once every two weeks and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Mexico City office
