With all the tools in place for success as a new Pinployee, I was able to hit the ground sprinting, even in this new, fully remote world. Pinterest has a start up feel – a lot has yet to be defined, nothing is set in stone, and you can be a key part of shaping future strategies, structures and even product features that will truly impact the company’s growth.
