About Pinterest:

Millions of people across the world come to Pinterest to find new ideas every day. It’s where they get inspiration, dream about new possibilities and plan for what matters most. Our mission is to help those people find their inspiration and create a life they love. In your role, you’ll be challenged to take on work that upholds this mission and pushes Pinterest forward. You’ll grow as a person and leader in your field, all the while helping Pinners make their lives better in the positive corner of the internet.

You’ll have the chance to work with a fun, very collaborative team that is driving tremendous impact for our merchant partners.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the implementation of highly-reliable and easy-to-understand products for global merchants and advertisers in our shopping portal
  • Architect scalable and testable technical systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Design, Product, Data, and other Engineering teams to shape product design and specifications in the roadmap
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to other engineers on the team

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of full-stack experience
  • Proven ability to work with team members and cross-functional partners in a highly collaborative environment
  • Experience in shipping full-stack web software as a lead
  • Experience in mentoring and leading other engineers
  • Experience with experimentation and data analysis
